Offering bespoke, “one on one” Coaching to “C-Suite” Leaders and Senior Executives who have been identified to take on Leadership Roles in their Organisations and/or Functions/Divisions.

As a Coach, my key deliverable is to enable, “Coachees” identify solutions which can alter their behaviour and/or assist them in developing a specific skill. This is facilitated through a process of self-discovery. Emphasis is also placed on helping the “Coachee” to better leverage her/his intrinsic strengths.

Stated differently it is a process of partnering with someone to support them through a meaningful change that helps them grow, develop, and ultimately “rewrite their reality.

The Program is a blend of theory and practice and the overwhelming thrust is on “practice” based on the actual experiences of both the Coach and the “Coachee.”

Aligning individual and team goals to the strategic goals of the organisation, planning performance to achieve the goals, reviewing and assessing progress, and developing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of people.

Identifying, and developing, the behaviours, competencies, skills or knowledge in the individuals to enable them to achieve the organisation’s goals and objectives and uphold the organisation’s values.
