My Program which is founded on 50 years of Corporate and Societal Leadership, is a pragmatic one with emphasis on “hands-on” experience. You do not have to be endowed with “Einsteinian” intellect or “Churchillian” courage to be a great Leader. You just need to be hungry to amplify your “Emotional Intelligence” – an intelligence which every single human being is born with.

Since 2018 I have successfully enhanced the Leadership Skills of over 75 Managing Directors, CEOs and C-Suite level executives. The 18 hour “one on one” Coaching/Mentoring Program is spread across nine months and consists of Assessments of Key Leadership Traits ranging from Communication and Feedback Skills to Delegation, Change and Time Management; to name a few. The sharing of Personal Experiences and Intentional steps towards changing behavior are integral parts of the program. The number of Active Coachees is capped at 12 at any given time, with a view to ensuring high-quality sustainable Outcomes.
